At LOCKEVO, we are committed to helping you find relief and relaxation. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. Order Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified. If your order is canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.


60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand by our products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you’re still not satisfied, you may return your item within 60 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To start a return, please contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or emailing us at hello@lockevo.com. To expedite your request, provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.


Damaged Items

We take care in packaging your order to prevent damage. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or arrives physically broken. Minor packaging damage (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify as product damage.

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@lockevo.com with clear photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs, or other external factors. If you experience an issue, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund or resend your order.
